What Does The Bible Say About Breakups

On hard times, serene times, chaos, and solace, the Bible provides. And even more than that, it discusses our struggles and our joys. It comforts us when we are down, encourages us when we are up, gives hope when all seems lost, and reassures us that we will make it through this valley as long as we’ve got each other and Him.

No relationship is perfect and a breakup can shake the faith of anyone. The Bible provides hope for the worst of times and has plenty to say about those hardships. God’s Word leaves no stone unturned when it comes to devastation, lost hope, and heartache.

After a breakup it can be hard to see how things could ever be better, but with the right advice you may start to feel different.

It’s not easy to bounce back after a painful break-up. It’s tough to get your confidence back, and it takes time to raise your self-esteem.

After all, you were probably together for some time before you realized that things weren’t working out. When you finally accept that things are over, finding the strength to move on can often be harder than actually ending the relationship. When you are ready to try dating again, I recommend using a Christian dating site to connect with someone that shares your faith and values.

I was in a ungodly relationship. It didn't make me feel good, but I still enjoyed the person. I will miss him and need God's help to get through and back on the right track. Thank you Jesus for these scriptures. I really love Jeremiah 29:11, so comforting.
